Neodrives Product Discontinuation & Spare Parts Availability

We would like to inform you that the following products with the Neodrives system have been discontinued as of 1 July 2026:

• FREAK el. compact bike – Neodrives
• NJ1 el. compact bike – Neodrives
• NJ1 e-assistant – Neodrives
• HUSK-E – version Neodrives

The above-mentioned products are no longer available for sale or ordering as new products with immediate effect.

The Neodrives batteries previously used are no longer available due to the insolvency of the manufacturer BMZ. In addition, new regulatory requirements for batteries have changed the market conditions. As a result, it is currently not possible to continue offering the above-mentioned products.

We will be happy to help you identify a suitable alternative from our current PRO ACTIV product range. Please contact your responsible PRO ACTIV field representative.

For existing products, we are currently reviewing the availability of spare parts and service support as a top priority. We are working closely with our system partner Alber GmbH to find a possible solution. Please understand that, at this time, we are unable to provide binding information regarding availability, delivery times or technical alternatives. We will, of course, register your enquiries and will get back to you as soon as reliable information becomes available.
