With the new BUDDY (serial no.: D4-4), PRO ACTIV is launching a wheelchair for children and young people that is fully geared towards the needs of young users: development-promoting, customisable and ready for any adventure. The BUDDY combines the proven functions and options of the previous BUDDY classic and BUDDY 4all and goes one step further: compact, flexible, easy to use and service and ideally adapted to the growth and mobility development of children.

What happens to BUDDY classic and BUDDY 4all?
With the introduction of the new BUDDY (D4-4), the BUDDY 4all (D7) and the BUDDY classic (D4-3) were removed from our website on 1 July 2025. The BUDDY 4all will be officially discontinued on 01.01.2026. The previous BUDDY classic (D4-3) will still be available until the end of 2025.
If you would like to enquire about or order the BUDDY 4all or BUDDY classic before the end of 2025, please contact your PRO ACTIV sales representative. Of course, all current processes for the BUDDY 4all and BUDDY classic will be completed as usual. If an offer has already been made for a BUDDY classic (D4-3) or a BUDDY 4all (D7), you are welcome to switch to the new BUDDY version (D4-4) when you place your order. Please let us know – we will adjust the process accordingly.
