Leg rest, adaptation around the fork
Leg rest, adaptation around the fork with foot stopper
Gallery
Light leg rest. Continuous length adjustment. During intense steering movements the foot/ leg rest may touch the ground.

Leg position
  • The user's legs are aerodynamically positioned near the wheel.
Suitability
  • Excellent for long legs.
  • Not as suitable for short legs.
  • Can be added to all PRO ACTIV compact bikes.
  • Retrofit.
  • Legs must be able to go with the steering movement.
Improved steering
excellent
  • As the leg weight rests on the front fork, the steering behaviour is very smooth.
  • Uncontrollable leg movements and restricted leg movement can have a negative effect on the steering behaviour.
Wheel protection
excellent
  • Thanks to the closed shape of the leg rest, the fork is stabilised, and the wheel is protected when obstacles are hit.
Drive wheel change-handling
weak
  • Depending on the leg rest position, the leg rest must be disassembled or repositioned when a wheel is changed.

  • No wheel protection when obstacles are hit.
Drive wheel change-handling
outstanding
  • During wheel changes the leg rest does not need repositioning or disassembling.

This leg rest ensures that during steering movements the leg rests stay still and do not go with the steering movements. Continuous length adjustability. To reduce the pack size, remove the drive unit as well as the leg rest.

Leg position
  • The user's legs are not aerodynamically positioned near the wheel, which increases wind resistance and the required travel effort.
Suitability
  • Excellent for short and long legs.
  • Can be added to NJ1 compact bike and FREAK.
  • When the legs cannot go with the steering motions of the bike.
Improved steering
very weak
  • As the leg weight rests on the chassis, the steering behaviour is not improved.
Wheel protection
very weak
  • No wheel protection when obstacles are hit.
Drive wheel change-handling
outstanding
  • During wheel changes the leg rest does not need repositioning or disassembling.
